· 4 beef scallions
· 100 gr of margarine
· 50 gr of bread flour
· 50 gr grated cheese
· 50 gr of common flour
· 1 egg
· salt and pepper
preparation:
Season the scallops with salt and pepper. On a plate, combine the breadcrumbs and cheese. In another bowl, beat the egg with a spoonful.
Pass the scallops through the flour, the egg and finally the bread flour and grated cheese.
Heat the margarine in a frying pan and brown the scallops on both sides, over moderate heat. Serve with tomato sauce and accompany with a green salad.
